Cynthia is fulfilling her destiny by creating the Chapter Leaders Playground. She's a third generation (on both sides of the family) volunteer leader and started volunteering almost as soon as she could walk. (Thanks Mom and Dad!)
Cynthia believes strong chapter leaders can change the world - and is convinced the Chapter Leaders Playground is just the place to take things up a notch or two for humanity!
For more than ten years, Cynthia has been working professionally with association who want to get more members involved - especially today's volunteers.
Cynthia's a frequent speaker at leadership events, facilitates a mean strategic planning retreat and is the author of several books including Go Team Go! Leading Today's Volunteer to Victory and How to Turn Generation Me into Active Members of Your Association.
In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys meeting new people, volunteering with the Jr. League of Ann Arbor, exploring the world with James - and reminding Raindrop exactly who is the top dog in the family.
